Akan Kurşat, the layer acting for Akfinans Bank was reportedly a shareholder in Aga Developments a company that is being dragged through the European courts for conspiracy to commit felony and misdemeanour, unlawful possession, distribution and use of property registered to another person and also for obtaining money under false pretences. The case has issued and successfully carried out European arrest warrants including one for Gary Robb. Who is now behind bars.
We have had communications from a major UK property media company and although they are unable to help Kulaksiz 5 directly they confirm that they will now not let advertising in their media or at exhibitions regarding property in North Cyprus.
In May after finding out the Turkish Prime minster was in London we have contacted all the MPs we have been in communication with over the passed few months to insure questions were asked regarding Kulaksiz 5 and Akfinans, we have had a great response and letters of support from ministers.
In April a family member for the Kulaksiz 5 has receved a letter from their MP to confirm they have written to the department for business, innovation and skills as well as the foreign and commonwealth office regarding the Kulaksiz 5, Akfinans Bank and North Cyprus. Lets hope that during dinner at the House of Lords hosted by Lord Maginnis despite being thousands of miles away Özgürgün could not get away from the words Kulaksiz and Akfinans.
European court of Human Rights application accepted!
In May 2011 the European court of Human Rights accepted our application for a hearing against Turkey and the TRNC. Hearing dates will take a while to come through but it’s in the system.

You can see where Kulaksiz 5 is in Karsiyaka, North Cyprus just off the main coast road about 30 minutes from Kyrenia, approximately 5 miles east of Lapta.
